Permission System

Rythm's permission system is currently being rebuilt to make permissions more understandable. Permissions are currently unable to be changed while they are being rebuilt.

Rythm's built-in permission system allows you to control who can add music to the queue or who can use music controls on what's playing.

Host Required

The host is granted every permission by default and is the only one able to grant or revoke permissions. The host is whoever first launched the activity.

Add Music​

  • Select or switch radios
  • Add songs to custom queue

Control Music​

  • Rewind, pause/resume, skip songs, and seek to specific points in tracks
  • Reorder songs in the queue

The host is not required to have Premium to adjust the permissions of other Premium members. A free member can give or revoke any permissions from a Premium member.
